PRESIDENTS MESSAGE

The Merrylands Chamber of Commerce was formed in 2013, initially as the Holroyd Councils Street Committee, but later became an independent entity.

With the expansion of the Holroyd Council to the Cumberland Council, The Merrylands Chamber of Commerce has become the primary council within the Cumberland Council Area.

The Cumberland LGA has over 216 K residents, with a diverse population majority of whom are migrants.

To a large extent, businesses in the Cumberland area need services that a chamber provides more than most other parts of Sydney.

The Chamber has recently realigned its services recognizing the changing needs of a vastly migrant population. It is with these factors in mind that we have recently created the Chambers 5 Tenets under which we operate.
